Legal Issues for Blogger

Bloggers have a number of unique issues that they must contend with; everything from copyright legal issues, trademark legal issues, libel, privacy, fair use considerations, plagiarism, understanding creative commons, defamation, protecting your words from being used – and using other people’s words, disclosure and even the decision of incorporating your blog or forming an LLC. All these raise legal issues that bloggers must contend with. During this session, we will address some of the more important issues and help you understand how to deal with them before serious problems arise.
